1. Introduction

แม่น.ai is a free mobile application developed and maintained by Welton Ventures Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we and our service providers collect, use, and protect information when you use the app.

By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you for your name, email address, or phone number to use the app. The information processed is the following:

a) Information you provide

  • Lottery numbers you save for checking (“ฝากตรวจ”). When you ask the app to check a number against a draw, the number, the draw it belongs to, and a device/push identifier are sent to our server so we can notify you of the result. These numbers are not linked to your real-world identity.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Device information: operating system and version, device model/screen size, and an anonymized device identifier.
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) and ad-interaction data (e.g., ads shown/tapped), used by our advertising partner to deliver and measure ads.
  • Push notification identifiers: a push token and subscription/device id used to send you draw results and reminders.
  • Usage and analytics data: screens viewed, features used, and aggregated in-app activity.
  • Crash logs: anonymized error and diagnostic reports.

c) Device features we use (no data leaves your device)

  • Camera: used only to scan lottery tickets / QR codes. Images are processed on your device and are never stored or transmitted.
  • Photo library (optional): if you choose to scan a QR code from a saved photo, the image is read only to decode it on your device.

We do not access your contacts, microphone, or precise GPS location. Our advertising and analytics partners may infer an approximate (region-level) location from your IP address; this is not device-location access and you can limit it through your device’s ad settings.

3. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services that collect or process data independently under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services (Android platform services)
  • Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash/diagnostics reporting)
  • Google AdMob (advertising, including the advertising identifier)
  • OneSignal (push notifications — push token and device identifiers)
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (in-app purchases and subscriptions)
  • Apple App Store Analytics (iOS platform analytics)

4. Advertising and Monetization

แม่น.ai displays advertisements to support free usage, and also offers an optional paid Premium subscription (auto-renewing) and a one-time “remove ads” purchase, processed entirely by Apple or Google — we do not receive or store your payment-card details.

Ad personalization may occur based on non-personal signals (e.g., region, device type). You can manage ad personalization through your device settings, Google Ad Settings, or Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not show targeted ads based on sensitive categories or your personal identity.

5. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Retention

We retain the lottery numbers you submit for checking only as long as needed to provide the checking and notification service, and you may request their deletion at any time (see Section 8). Aggregated analytics and crash reports may be retained by our third-party providers for up to 26 months.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data exchanged with our servers and third-party services, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your location (GDPR / PDPA / CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, opt out of data collection or marketing, and withdraw consent at any time.

To delete your data:

  • In the app, go to Settings → จัดการข้อมูล → “ขอลบข้อมูลออกจากระบบ” to send us a deletion request, or
  • Email us at [email protected] with your request.

We will delete the lottery numbers and device/push identifiers associated with your request from our servers. You can also remove locally stored data at any time via Settings → ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด, and limit advertising/analytics through your device permissions and settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
